"A" Student from Good Shepherd Mission selected for Workshop
Narin writes, "From December 4 through December 9, 2006 the Ministry of Education of the government of Cambodia
held a workshop titled 'Good Kid, Good Student, Good Friend' in Phnom Penh. Only students from good primary schools
were selected for this workshop. The primary school where the children from Good Shepherd Mission attend was one of
the schools that were selected. Of the 1,500 students at this school, only two were selected to attend this workshop."
Pictured above is Yee Karo, from Good Shepherd Mission. Narin writes that Karo "is 12 years old and in the 5th grade, and was one of
the two students selected from his school to attend this workshop."
Congratulations to Karo! His efforts, and this achievement, attest to the good leadership and upbringing that the children
at Good Shepherd Mission are receiving from Narin and the staff at GSM.
